Stop Obsessing Over Your ‘Haters’

Not a week goes by that we don’t see or circulate memes addressing our “haters” — those who we perceive are jealous of us, don’t like us for some reason, want to see our downfall or purposefully wish or do things to instigate us failing.

Haters are an amorphous group of people within our real, or social media lives, who we believe secretly hate seeing us enjoy our lives or share good news about our progress and successes.

No doubt, such folks do exist, but sadly, we give too much of our precious times and energy addressing our “haters”.

We are all guilty of it.

Whether you think someone goes out of their way to NOT “like” your photo on Instagram or your witty Facebook status or only addresses you for the sole purpose of criticizing you, we let these inner annoyances occupy our psyche... a lot.

Honestly, if you are wasting a lot of your energy addressing the “haters” and busy posting memes and messages about people who you think are jealous of you or are fighting your progress then you are giving them the win.

They seeing you mention the “haters”, of which they are one, is satisfying because…
